Precast Lightweight Hollow Blocks
Our precast blocks are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 15037-1:2008 (Part 1), ensuring consistent quality, structural reliability, and dimensional precision. Each block is produced using high-strength concrete.
Our precast floor blocks are manufactured to BS EN 15037-1:2008, ensuring seamless compatibility with our T-beam floor system. They are designed to meet the transverse load requirements of the standard and are individually load-tested to sustain a central point load of 3.5 kN.

380 × 200 × 150 mm — approx. 10 kg
545 × 200 × 150 mm — approx. 15 kg
These weights are achieved through a refined mix design using fine aggregates and pumice, reducing dead load while maintaining required compressive strength.

- Suspended foundation Concept: The Beam and block flooring system is efficient and ideal for suspended foundations done mostly in areas with deep running black cotton soil, eliminating the traditional need for mass excavations and backfilling procedures which are often costly.
