Just like the wall panel, the precast H beam post is a column made of a class concrete 25 mix as well as 5mm high tensile steel with the final product being a strong, solid and durable column unit that does not need any extra reinforcement.
Application
The H beam post is mainly used during the installation of precast fences/ boundary walls and has grooves on either side designed to accommodate the wall panels and hold them in place during installation with the end result being a very and strong durable aesthetically appealing wall that does not need any extra finishes after installation.
The H beam makes it cheaper and significantly faster to install a boundary fence since it does not need a casted column base but rather a mass concrete footing. This removes the need for a complicated foundation while maintaining structural integrity and stability of the wall.
